HelpMatics™ is tailor-made for a Lotus Notes/Domino environment; in addition to a wealth of intelligent, practice-oriented features, it is characterized by its simple administration, intuitive functionality and smooth implementation. The entire support workflow is organized and optimized, from incident management to reporting.

One special technical feature is the simple management of global service structures, which was implemented in the HelpMatics™ Enterprise Version. This version was specifically designed for use in the global support environment.

Since 2001, HelpMatics™ has steadily evolved from a helpdesk & support tool to a service management system. The individual modules in the family of products - ServiceDesk, Change and Survey – cover significant portions of service support from the ITIL process model. In 2005, HelpMatics™ was granted “Three Star Certified” status for ITIL compliance in the key ITIL processes of Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management. This makes HelpMatics™ one of the few ITIL-certified tools worldwide that is based on Lotus Notes. HelpMatics™ modules can be integrated as a group, used as a stand-alone solution or in combination with third-party tools. The integrated approach allows additional synergies to be realized, since the individual modules cooperate and communicate throughout different product ranges; this provides an overview of the activities in the individual processes.
