Copyrights and copyright officers

COC AG respects third-party intellectual property rights; we expect the same of our users. If you think your work has been copied in a way that violates your copyrights or represents another unauthorized violation of your rights, please send the following information to the COC AG copyright officers:

• An electronic or physical signature of the person who is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright claim;
• a description of the work and/or other materials for which you are asserting copyright claims and for which you believe your rights have been violated;
• a description of the location on the website where you found the material for which you are claiming a violation/damage to copyrights;
• your address, telephone number and email address; a declaration in good faith stating that the disputed usage has not been authorized by the owner of the copyright, by its representative or by way of applicable law;
• your affidavit stating that the above information in your notification is true, and that you are the owner of the copyright and/or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
