Initial meeting
In this first meeting, we define objectives, establish the timeline and coordinate the framework conditions with you.
Kick-Off meeting
At this meeting, we work together to develop a project plan, concretize the timeline, determine interview partners and look at existing figures, data and documents.
Analyse
In this key phase of the QuickScan, we carry out on-site interviews with IT managers, team leaders and employees. The current situation is assessed, the maturity level of your IT is measured and a results report is created.
Presentation
At the end of the QuickScan, we present you with a meaningful report on the current maturity level of your IT, and present concrete QuickWins as well as strategic recommendations for action.
