ITIL® V3 Foundation

The ITIL® V3 Foundation course is the introduction to the latest version of the IT Infrastructure Library, whose process model is already being used in countless companies as the de facto standard for IT service management to optimize processes.

The training explains the foundations of IT service lifecycle management and teaches the basic knowledge from the 5 core ITIL® publications in an effective way. The course is based on the official, current syllabus of the OGC (Office of Government Commerce). The knowledge gained is solidified through numerous exercises during the course, and It provides a solid foundation for the ITIL® V3 Foundation exam at the end of the course.

People responsible for IT, executives, project managers, consultants, IT services customers and all IT employees and specialized workers who are responsible for implementing or carrying out service management processes or who need a solid understanding of process-supported service management.

The exam can be taken in German or in English. Additional information about courses taught in English can be provided upon request.

Price:

The price for taking part in an open ITIL Foundation V3 course is € 990 plus statutory value-added tax. This includes course fees, seminar materials, break refreshments and lunch. An exam fee of € 160 will be passed on to you for taking part in the ITIL V3 Foundation examination. Prices for company training sessions are available upon request.
