ITIL® V3 Managing Across the Lifecycle


In this seminar, participants gain an extensive understanding of the strategy, management, organization, implementation, risks and measurement of IT business processes within the ITIL® service lifecycle. Participants are carefully prepared for the certification exam, which is administered by an independent examiner accredited by the EXIN certification institute.

Target group:

The seminar is primarily intended for specialized IT personnel, executives and members of management who want to use the knowledge for a qualitative improvement of service processes in your company, as well as people who want to gain ITIL® Expert certification.

Previous knowledge:

The prerequisite for this seminar is a minimum of 17 credit points from completed ITIL® Foundation or Intermediate seminars (e.g. ITIL® V3 Foundation and 5 lifecycle modules). Please include certificate numbers on the registration form when registering!

Method:

Practical exercises, lectures, discussions. The individual thematic segments are accompanied by repetition and exam preparation on each of the 4 days. We advise allowing at least 1-2 weeks for personal preparation between the 4-day seminar and the exam. The certification exam takes place several times a year and is administered by an EXIN-accredited examiner. The exam consists of a 90-minute multiple choice test with 8 scenario-based questions and points awarded for correct answers. 70% of the total possible points must be achieved.

Price:

The price is € 1,500 plus statutory value-added tax. Prices for company training sessions are available upon request.
